The location is perfect, right by the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. The dining options were good, although there were some limitations. I couldn't have asked for a better location, being right by the shore and with many dining options nearby. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. While the dining choices were a bit lacking, the pool area was well-kept and delightful. The pricing was fair, but it would have been better if Wi-Fi was included.

My stay at the hotel felt just like being at home, especially thanks to the amazing cleaning service, particularly from Martina Heoz, who always added a special touch to the arrangement of the room. The room was very spacious with 2 big beds, a kitchen, dining table, large bathroom, and 2 balconies, making it a comfortable and welcoming space. The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing me to cook and explore my culinary skills. The price for the room was reasonable, offering great value for money.

The hotel has very clean and cute rooms with pink suede chairs, Frida Kahlo pictures, and Loteria card decorations, yet they show signs of age and are situated in the farthest building. The service from Diego, Iris, and Georgina at the coffee/crepe station is wonderful, keeping everything running smoothly, especially with Monse's helpful and friendly assistance. The location offers beautiful surroundings, making it ideal for exploring Puerto Vallarta, although being so stunning, guests might not want to stay indoors. The dining experience provides outstanding dishes, yet the restaurant opens a bit late at 7:00 am. Overall, a great place to stay with some minor room concerns.
